The Recycled Lamb Return Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase at The Recycled Lamb! If you find when you get home that you've purchased too much, or the wrong shade, or otherwise find that you need to bring some or all of your purchase back to the shop, here is our return policy:

  1. Returns are for store credit ONLY, ONLY with the shop receipt, within one year of purchase.
  2. Store credit will be given for the amount of yarn returned in its original packaging and in its original condition (no skeins wound into balls).
  3. We will gladly give store credit for the current price of the items in the shop or the original purchase price, whichever is lower. (If the items are on sale, for example, the credit will be for the sale price.)
  4. We reserve the right to refuse any return, based on the condition of the yarn, at any time, and to charge a 15% restocking fee on any equipment, including looms, wheels, and accessories.

We will not take returns at any time on printed materials (books or patterns), any items purchased at a discount or on sale; any items that were special - ordered; or cones or wound-off yarns, or skeins of yarn wound into balls.
